Laddie Livingston was the Superintendent of Schools that as a visionary saw the possibility of Vision Coalition for the school district of North Delta in 2000. He supported a community based initiative to design a program for home learning families modeled after the SelfDesign program in Canada. Currently Laddie Livingston is working to expand the VISION program to become a state wide Charter School using SelfDesign principles and our online technology. We plan to train Learning Consultants from Jan 07 through June 07 and open the first Learning Community at that time.
