Special Programs for Teens, 2008-09

SelfDesign and Wondertree Foundation have begun offering more programs for teenage youth.
Below are listed the various programs we are planning to offer in 2008-09.

* 'Learning Your Way' course for teens, 14 -18 years (September - April)

With the start of a new learning year in mind, SelfDesign and the Wondertree Foundation will again be offering 'Learning Your Way', a unique, leading-edge course for teens, 14 - 18 years. Extending from September - April, this online course is intended to provide participants with many important skills and experiences focusing on Learning Excellence, Modelling Genius, Financial Literacy, Creative Brainstorming and Independent Enterprise. Registration fee is $250 per participant. The first year of Learning Your Way has been a rich, rewarding experience for most participants. The course is approximately equivalent to 'Career and Personal Planning 10' (British Columbia curriculum) but provides deeper learning experiences in several key areas. And it's more engaging - that's our guarantee!

ii. A 'membership' in 'Satori' - the new SDGT (online) Learning Community; application fee of $500 will apply to the first 30 members who sign up; 'Satori' will include subject-oriented conferences, workshops, mentors and special projects (think 'value-added Facebook'!)
